When does the application process start and end?

We have a rolling recruitment process, so you’re welcome to join our information sessions, internships, or selection process at any time.

Can recent graduates apply?

Yes, recent graduates within three years of graduation can apply as new hires.

Can I apply while studying abroad?

Yes, you may apply; however, attending our two-day, in-person internship is required as part of the selection process. Please reserve a session that fits your availability.
Future dates will be updated regularly on our website and Rikunabi as they are confirmed.

Can international applicants apply?

Yes, international applicants are welcome! We provide full support for those requiring a work visa.

Is the application process conducted in Japanese?

Generally, the process is in Japanese, but we can conduct it in English for applicants who are not fluent in Japanese.

How many slots are available in the application process?

Our application process is open continuously, so please feel free to apply. We do not typically close applications unless absolutely necessary.

How do I cancel or reschedule an information session, internship, and the interview?

If you reserved through a job site, please cancel directly within the specified timeframe.
For direct bookings or if cancellation through the site is unavailable, please reach out via our contact form.
Please note that no-shows may affect your eligibility for future application rounds.

Is there a dress code for the selection process?

No specific dress code—please come as you feel comfortable!

When will I be informed of the results?

All applicants will be contacted by email with their results, typically within a week.

Can I inquire about the reasons for selection results?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide feedback or respond to inquiries about selection reasons.

How can I withdraw from the application process?

When and how will my department assignment be decided?

Department assignments are based on both individual preferences and HR assessments. Decisions are always made with discussions involving the candidate; nothing is determined without your input. The timing of the final assignment may vary depending on your offer date, intended start date, and the discussion process.

How should I spend my time before starting?

We offer a long-term internship program where you can gain real-world experience (with hourly pay).This is a great way to gain practical experience before your official start, helping you transition smoothly into your career. We are flexible with the frequency, hours, and duration of work, so feel free to discuss any preferences with us.

Is there an option for a department transfer?

We prioritize individual preferences and make final decisions after discussions with your supervisor and the CEO.

Is relocation required?

There are currently no plans for relocation for any position or role.

Troubleshooting

I haven’t received the meeting URL for the information session or interview.

I lost my internet connection during the information session or interview.

Please try to reconnect calmly. If reconnecting is difficult due to connection issues, you may cancel and reapply for another session. If the connection is lost near the end of the session, we may conclude without waiting for re-entry.

I can’t keep my video ON during the session.

To ensure clear communication, we ask all participants to keep their video on during information sessions and interviews. If technical issues prevent you from doing so, please inform us in advance or let us know at the time.

I may be late for my scheduled visit.
