Job Terms for All Positions (Full-Time Employee)

Contract Duration	Open-ended Employment
Probation Period	3 months
Payment Structure	Monthly salary (closing at the end of the month, paid on the 25th of this month) ? To support everyone starting a new career, we pay salaries on the 25th of this month to help ensure a smooth transition into your new life.
Allowances	Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, responsibility allowance, and qualification allowance. ? Stock Options	Stock Options: We plan to introduce a stock option program as we aim for a future IPO.
Salary Increases	Once a year (based on individual performance evaluations)

01ーSales & Marketing

Responsibilities

You will be a key part of our Sales and Marketing team, driving the growth of our global chemical marketplace.

・Attract reliable sellers

Present to makers and encourage them to join the marketplace.

・Expand product lineup and information

Not only add more products, but also enrich product details to offer users more choices and deeper understanding.

・Facilitate inquiries

Handle inquiries from international buyers, organize the information on behalf of makers, and provide timely and accurate responses to buyers.

・Support makers’ international marketing

Assist makers in expanding their global marketing efforts and increase the range of services provided.

Requirements & Preferences

MUST

Aligned with BuyChemJapan’s mission and motivated to work towards our shared vision.
Able to develop logical strategies based on market needs and data analysis.
Eager to learn and master digital tools and programming languages.
Interested in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

WANT

Google Analytics、Google Search Console、SEMrushなどの分析ツールの使用経験をお持ちの方
Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush.
Experience with Adobe video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects.
Basic communication skills for building relationships with clients.

02ーDirector of Development

Responsibilities

You will be a key part of building and expanding a global chemicals marketplace as the Head of Development.

・Strengthen Product Vision

Regularly review the roadmap to maintain competitiveness by integrating market needs and technology trends.

・Explore New Technologies

Evaluate potential applications of new technologies to enhance process efficiency and leverage data for added value.

・Manage Projects

Take proactive steps to adapt to changing circumstances, drive positive outcomes, and uncover new opportunities.

・Lead a Global Team

Effectively guide a culturally diverse team across domestic and international locations.

Qualifications

MUST

Strong interest in the responsibilities outlined and a desire to take on these challenges.

Experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a systems engineer.

Experience in launching a startup.

03ーSystems Engineer

Responsibilities

You will be a key part of building and expanding a global chemicals marketplace as a system engineer.

・System Design, Development, and Testing

Develop and enhance essential marketplace functions, including sales support, logistics, and business communication systems to add value and new features.

・Leveraging AI

Utilize data science and AI to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

MUST

At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a systems engineer.

WANT

Experience in creating web communication tools.
Interest in new technologies and tools, with a commitment to continuous learning.
Enthusiasm for working within a diverse development team.
