01ーSales & Marketing
Responsibilities
You will be a key part of our Sales and Marketing team, driving the growth of our global chemical marketplace.
・Attract reliable sellers
Present to makers and encourage them to join the marketplace.
・Expand product lineup and information
Not only add more products, but also enrich product details to offer users more choices and deeper understanding.
・Facilitate inquiries
Handle inquiries from international buyers, organize the information on behalf of makers, and provide timely and accurate responses to buyers.
・Support makers’ international marketing
Assist makers in expanding their global marketing efforts and increase the range of services provided.
Requirements & Preferences
MUST
- Aligned with BuyChemJapan’s mission and motivated to work towards our shared vision.
- Able to develop logical strategies based on market needs and data analysis.
- Eager to learn and master digital tools and programming languages.
- Interested in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
WANT
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush.
- Experience with Adobe video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects.
- Basic communication skills for building relationships with clients.
02ーLogistics
Responsibilities
You will be a key part of our Ligistics team, driving the growth of our global chemical marketplace.
・Sales Support
Provide necessary support so that sales representatives can focus on new business opportunities and meet customer needs.
・Logistics Coordination
Plan and manage optimal transportation schedules, handle bookings, and coordinate delivery timelines. Also responsible for negotiations and preparing necessary documentation.
・Process Optimization
Design and optimize workflows using Salesforce to drive efficiency and automation in operations.
・Standardization of Procedures
Create clear manuals and standardize processes to ensure quick and easy mastery of logistics tasks.
