A Message from the Founder
During my student years abroad, I observed how Japanese people, including myself at times, were hesitant to engage in conversations with those from different backgrounds. This cultural tendency often limited opportunities for mutual understanding – a realization that has guided me throughout my career.
Early in my career, witnessing bribery and stark inequality in developing countries strengthened my belief that transparency is essential to fostering fairness. Transparency not only reduces misunderstandings but also prevents conditions where unfair practices can take root, ensuring a foundation of fairness. By promoting transparency, we can build an environment where mutual understanding and fairness thrive.
A life-changing event in my mid-40s made me reflect deeply on the true measure of success: not in personal achievements. Instead, it lies in the collective positive impact we create for others and for society as a whole. This belief has shaped my efforts to build systems that promote international communication, transparency, and fairness in global business.
These principles are particularly critical in the chemical industry. The chemical industry, while vital to global progress, faces challenges such as reliance on outdated practices, including email-based communication, Excel spreadsheets, non-standardized processes for quotes and contracts, and printed catalogs. These analog systems hinder efficiency and transparency. Historically, trust has been safeguarded by professionals navigating complex business communication. Preserving this trust is central to our mission. We aim to achieve this by leveraging technology to simplify processes, enhance transparency, and develop infrastructure-level systems that enable fairer opportunities for all participants.
Whether as a buyer, supplier, or collaborator, we invite you to actively help build a transparent and fair global trading environment by joining our efforts. Together, let’s embrace this challenge, remove barriers, and create a more connected and equitable future.
